Rosemary is a plein air watercolorist who combines travel with painting. Her greatest joy is capturing the moment with her paintings. She has painted in sixteen countries and has done many Florida scenes. Now residing in Atlanta, Georgia she paints on location in the city and in the north Georgia mountains. Part of the year is spent on the Gulf Coast of Florida where she teaches onsite watercolor painting. She has studied watercolor techniques with many fine instructors including Tony Van Hasselt, Stephen Quiller, and Alvaro Castagnet. Her emphasis is on strong color with an impressionistic style.
